Payments go directly to the cruise line or resort — never through us. You pay the supplier directly and have full security while we manage all the details.
When is final payment due?+
Final payment is typically due 60–90 days before departure. It varies by cruise line and fare type. We'll send reminders well in advance so you never miss a deadline.
Do I need a passport for a cruise?+
It depends on the itinerary. Closed-loop cruises (departing and returning to the same U.S. port) may allow a birth certificate and photo ID, but a valid passport is always strongly recommended.
Can you book airfare and hotels too?+
Yes! We arrange flights, transfers, pre- and post-cruise hotels, travel insurance, shore excursions, and dining packages — a complete door-to-door vacation experience.
